However, This-Year was very different. I’ll explain what I mean. It was the 1st-Time that any Fellow-Muslim ever had the Nerve to “question” my Love for Muhammad (Peace be upon them), simply because I refuse to Dick-Ride the Mawlid-Frenzy. And, this is where the Shit-Show begins.
Yes…this was literally said to me (both directly & indirectly). This is literally how far this Mawlid-Frenzy has been allowed to pervade the Muslim-World.
Far too often…anytime any Muslim opposes Religio-Beliefs/Practices which aren’t predicated upon at-Tanzīl/Revelation: Certain-Muslims love to pseudo-label Fellow-Muslims they deem their Religio-Sectarian Opps as being “Wahhābī”.
For any Muslim to pontificate, claim, imply, question whether or not any Fellow-Muslim whom doesn’t co-sign Mawlid (the Celebration of the Birth of Muhammad) loves Muhammad (Peace be upon them)… …all of them are Dead-Ass-Wrong & Theologically/Morally-Corrupt. It’s literally impossible to be a Muslim & notove Muhammad. Loving Muhammad is a Theological-Farīdhah/Mandate, just as much as loving any/all other Anbiyā’/Prophetic-Individuals (Peace be upon them) whom existed prior to the Revelation of The Qur’ān.
The Proof that loving Muhammad is Islāmically-Mandatory
Muhammad once stated: “None amongst you believe, unless/until I become more-beloved to them than: their Child, and their Father, and Humanity holistically.”. (al-Bukhārī&Muslim)
So, for any Muslim to accuse any Fellow-Muslim of (either directly or indirectly) not possessing love for Muhammad, simply because they refuse to celebrate the Births of Dead/Presumably-Dead People… …this is nothing short of al-Buhtān/Slander via Unjust-Takfīr/Blasphemy.
The Proof against Unjust-Takfīr
Muhammad (Peace be upon him) stated the following, regarding at-Takfīr/Blasphemy:
“No Person accuses another of either being a Fāsiq/Sinner or a Kāfir (Disbeliever/Non-Muslim), except that they’re one themselves, if the Other isn’t which they’ve pontificated/claimed.”. (al-Bukhārī)
“Whomever attributes/ascribes Kufr (Disbelief) to their Brother is just like their Killer/Murderer.”. (al-Bukhārī, at-Tirmidhī)
“If a Muslim calls someone a Kāfir (Disbeliever/Non-Muslim): if they are then let it be, otherwise they themselves are a Kāfir.” (Abū-Dāwud)
The Audacious/Arrogant-Lengths Certain-People are willing to go, to promote al-Kharajiyyah/Religio-Extremism & in the Same-Breath accuse Others of al-Kharajiyyah…it’s sadly laughable to put it mildy. These’re truly Despicable-Times amongst the Muslims, that we really think/feel that we’re “entitled/justified” to question whether or not any Fellow-Muslim truly loves Muhammad, because they don’t celebrate the Birthday of a Dead-Person. There’s absolutely 0-Way that this could/would ever be Islāmically-Correct. This truly bothers me & equally it greatly angers me.
The Issue of Muslim-Politics is very controversial. It’s mainly due to the Fact that Muslim Political-History (relative to the Revelation of The Qur’ān) has been & still is very treacherous, violent, bloody, unforgiving, relentless, merciless, etc. I’ll specifically be focusing on Specific-Examples of Muslim Political-History. These-Examples are very important to hone in on, because of their Long-Lasting Effects which has eclipsed the Effects of Other-Examples of Muslim-Politics.
There’s always Muslim-Persons whom attempt to deflect the Discourse of Muslim-Politics, via the Famous False-Flag Idiom: “There’s no Politics in Islām”. Not only is That-Statement proven to be a Religio-Historical Fallacy, it makes Muslims look Stupid if/whenever we say and/or tolerate Fellow-Muslims to say Dumb-Shit like that.
Muslim-Politics 101:
1. The Power-Shift of al-Khilāfah/Islāmic-Governance from Banī-Hāshim2Banī-Umayyah
The Death of Muhammad (Peace be upon them) sparked Political-Uncertainty amongst Muslim-Leadership. So much so that when the 1st-Khalīfah/Islāmic-Ruler assumed Power, they had to crush 3 Seperate-Rebellions against those whom dared to question/contest their Khilāfah/Islāmic-Rulership…this has been famously known as Hurūb-ur-Riddah/the Apostasy-Wars. This was a 2-Year Ordeal. Afterwards there was a Massive-Expansion of al-Khilāfah/Islāmic-Governance, over a 3-Decade Duration. This-Duration is known as the Rāshidī-Period.
The Khulafā’/Islāmic-Rulers of This-Period had Several-Things in common:
a. They were all Companions of Muhammad (May Allah be pleased with them).
b. They were all Members of Qabīlah-Quraysh/the Quraysh-Tribe amongst the Arabs.
c. They were all related directly to Muhammad either via Common/Tribal-Ancestry, Familial-Relation, Marriage, etc.
2. Banū-Hāshim vs. Banū-Umayyah
a. During the Rāshidī-Era there were 2-Factions which held most of the Bureaucratic/Authoritative-Positions within al-Khilāfah: Banū-Hāshim/Children/Family-Of-`Amr/Hāshim & Banū-Umayyah/Children/Family-Of-Umayyah. These 2 Familial-Clans were Bitter-Rivals before & during the Prophetic-Lifetime of Muhammad. The Rivalry between Banī-Hāshim & Banī-Umayyah originally began via the Birth of Muhammad, when `Abdallah & Shaybah/`Abd-al-Muttalib had died. Their Deaths created a Power-Vacuum within Banī-Hāshim which `Imrān/Abū-Tālib had taken helm of.
b. However, unlike their Brother & Father: they never wielded the Same-Prestige as them. As a Result of this: Banū-Umayyah had been able to acquire the Position of Custodians of al-Ka`bah. The Ka`bah (via Makkah) is the Most-Sacred Space on Earth via Human-History. It’s the 1st-Space/Place on Earth where the Human-Worship of Allah was established, as well as the 1st-Masjid/Mosque via Human-History. The Ka`bah was originally an Alter constructed by Adam: the Patriarch-Of-Humanity (Peace be upon them). After the Destruction of the People-Of-Noah (via the Great-Flood) the Original-Alter via the Valley of Bakah (Part of what’s known as the Hijāz-Region of the Arabian-Peninsula): Abraham&Ishmael (Peace be upon them both) had Father-Son built what we know today as the Ka`bah which was a Muqaddimah/Prelude to al-Masjid-il-Harām/the Sacred-Mosque.
c. As per the Revelation of The Qur’ān: naturally the Khātim/Seal of an-Nubuwwah (Prophecy/Prophethood) meant that Banū-Umayyah felt Some-Type/Kind of Way, being that (prior to the Conquest-Of-Makkah) Banū-Umayyah profitted rather handsomely from Tribal-Prestige as being the Gatekeepers of Makkah as well as acquiring Mass-Revenue via al-Hajj/Pilgrimage to Makkah by the Arab-Tribes, acquiring Tribal/Regional-Tributes from Fellow Pagan-Arabs for housing their Tribal/Regional-Gods with the Ka`bah, etc. ash-Shirk/Association (via Arab-Paganism) had been making the Quraysh-Tribe Astronomically-Affluent&Powerful via the Arab-World for 6-Centuries prior to the Revelation of The Qur’ān. So, it makes Sense how/why Banū-Umayyah would reignite/intensify Intertribal-Tensions between Banī-Umayyah & Banī-Hāshim.
d. at-Tawhīd/Islāmic-Monotheism was their Opposition in terms of maintaining the Shirk-Bag. Furthermore, as a Result of the Muslim vs. Pagan-Arab Wars via the Lifetime of Muhammad: there were Members of Both-Families (those whom were Muslims & Non-Muslims) had fallen at the Hands of each other via Military-Conflicts between the Muslims & the Pagan-Arabs. Sadly, these Familial-Rivalries never completely died-out & by the End of the Rāshidī-Era their Rivalry became that much more intense.
The Khulafā’ whom were Companions from Banī-Hāshim:
`Alī ibn-`Imrān & al-Hasan ibn-`Alī (Allah be pleased with them both)
The Khulafā’ whom were Companions from Banī-Umayyah:
`Uthmān ibn-`Affān, Mu`āwiyah ibn-Sakhr/Mu`āwiyah I & Marwān ibn-il-Hakam ibn Abil-`Ās/Marwān I (May Allah be pleased with them)…we’ll talk more about Mu`āwiyah later.
The Rāshidī-Period ended with Mu`āwiyah I. Mu`āwiyah had pressed `Alī for the Assassins of `Uthmān ibn-`Affān to be eliminated. `Alī (surrounded by Treachery via al-Madīnah when they became Khalīfah after `Uthmān) found it impossible to correctly seek Justice for `Uthmān, so they refused to act against the Opposition of `Uthmān immediately. This angered Lots of Factions amongst the Muslims, including `Ā’ishah bint-`Abdillah (May Allah be pleased with them) whom eventually aligned themselves with Mu`āwiyah against `Alī. This transformed into a Civil-War titularly dubbed as the “1st-Fitnah/Drama”. The Civil-War between `Alī & Mu`āwiyah/`Ā’ishah ended as a Stalemate of a Conflict. After the Defeat of `Ā’ishah via the Battle of the Camel & the Draw between `Alī & Mu`āwiyah via the Battle-Of-Siffīn: both `Alī & Mu`āwiyah agreed to then jointly administer the Territories of the Khilāfah with `Alī still as the Recognized/Accepted Political-Head of the Islāmic-World. All the Territories North&West of the Arabian-Peninsula were administered by Mu`āwiyah & all the Territories South&East of the Levant were administered by `Alī.
After the Assassination of `Alī & the Abdication of al-Hasan: Mu`āwiyah in turn became the Founder/Progenitor of the Umayyī-Period. Subsequent-Members of Banī-Umayyah ruled the Islāmic-World, for nearly 2-Centuries (at it’s Peak), from Mordern-Day Portugal to Modern-Day Pakistan:
For the Record, the 7th/Last-Companion to have ever been a Khalīfah was Marwān ibn-ul-Hakam ibn Abil-`Ās. Prior to being a Khalifah, they were once most-known/notorious for killing a Fellow-Companion by the Name of Talhah ibn-`Ubaydillah via the Battle of the Camel, during the Civil-War of `Alī ibn-`Imrān vs. `Ā’ishah bint-`Abdillah & Mu`awiyah ibn-Sakhr, known titularly as the “1st-Fitnah/Conflict”. Marwan basically picked-up directly where Mu`āwiyah left-off. They reestablished much-needed Religio-Political Stability after Geo-Political Conflicts (during the Reigns of Yazīd ibn-Mu`āwiyah/Yazīd I) which caused the Death of al-Husayn ibn-`Alī. Also, they reset a Religio-Political Trend initiated via Mu`awiyah, which the Khalīfah was appointed within Family-Ties (essentially mimicking a Mamlakah/Monarchy). And, Marwān predicated the most Influential/Powerful-Stretch within the Entire-History of al-Khilāfah. One of their Sons, six of their Grandsons, three of their Great-Grandsons, became Khulafā’. Marwān & their Descendants ruled the Islāmic-World at the Height the Khilāfah’s Global-Influence&Reach:
Going back to Mu`āwiyah I: they left behind a Religio-Political Legacy which sadly has been marred in Controversy from the Time they decided to war against `Alī till the Present-Day. And, because Mu`āwiyah had achieved Khilāfah the Manner which they did, it has emboldened a Particular-Hizb/Sect amongst Muslims to attempt legitimizing Muslim-Governments whom don’t rule via ash-Sharī`ah/Islāmic-Law. The Way this is done is by extracting a Mistranslation/Misinterpretation of a Statement from Mu`āwiyah…their Statement is as follows:
“أنا أوَّل الملوك”
“I’m the 1st of the Rulers.”
(at-Tabarī, as-Suyūtī, ibn-Kathīr)
This Mistranslated/Misinterpreted-Statement of Mu`āwiyah is also backed via Mistranslations/Misinterpretations of Several-Ahādīth/Narrations of Muhammad…this being one of them:
5. Let’s examine the Word/Term “Monarch/King”
According to the Arabic-Language: there’s 2 Interchangeable-Words: “Mālik” & “Malik”…they both mean “Ruler”. Yet, at the Same-Time, they could apply to anyone whom possesses al-Wilāyah/Authority anywhere over anyone/anything & presides over a Mulk (Dominion/Domain). (Lisān-ul-`Arab: Lexicon of the Arabic-Language, ibn-Manzhūr)
Now, for those whom’re attempting to paint Mu`āwiyah as a “Monarch/King”:
a. Mu`āwiyah never pontificated/claimed to be a Mālik as in a “Monarch/King”.
b. Mu`āwiyah never ruled the Islāmic-World as a “Mālik/King”, rather they actually ruled it as a Khalīfah.
c. Even via the Aforementioned-Hadīth/Narration…nowhere does it state “Mamlakah”. Rather, it states “Mulk (Dominion/Domain)”. Mulk & Mamlakah/Kingdom are most definitely Mutually-Exclusive, just like there’s a Difference between a Kingdom & an Empire.
d. All of the Rulers of the Umayyī-Period ruled the Islāmic-World as Khulafā’.
e. Mu`āwiyah stating that they’re the “1st of the Rulers” was exclusively due to the Fact that their Khilāfah was highly-influenced via the Bureaucratic-Structure of the Roman-Empire/Byzantium. Mu`āwiyah’s Political-Career started-off as being an Envoy of the Khilāfah to Byzantium during the Times of `Abdillah ibn-`Uthmān ibn-`Āmir/Abī-Bakr & `Umar ibn-il-Khattāb/`Umar I (May Allah be pleased with them both). Mu`āwiyah in no Way meant that they were a Monarch/King.
Much like how the Political-Legacy of `Alī has been hijacked/monopolized via Shī`ism for Centuries-The Political-Legacy of Mu`āwiyah I has been hijacked/monoplized almost exclusively via Salafism, since the Founding of these Various-States via the Mid-East after the Collapse of al-Khilāfah in 1922, C.E. It’s been perpetually weaponized to attempt legitimizing the Mamlakāt/Kingdoms of Saudi&Co. (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Morocco, etc.), and/or their Muslim-Country Allies, because these’re the Nation-States which governmentally sanction Salafism. There’s been Religio-Political Symbiocity between Salafism & these Muslim-Countries, because they desperately need each other for Survival amongst the Masses. The Religio-Political Intimacy between Salafism & these Muslim-Countries was established exclusively via Muslim-Arab Takhrīj/Rebellion against the Ottoman-Empire, fueled by Arab vs. Non-Arab `Asabiyyah/Xenophobia & directly instigated/supported by Non-Muslim/Western Powers during World-War I.
Keep in Mind, that their Geo-Political Ancestor Sharīf Husayn ibn-`Alī was amongst the Leaders of the Muslim-Arabs whom directly colluded with Non-Muslim Powers against al-Khilāfah/Islāmic-Governance via the Ottoman-Empire), in the Name of al-`Asabiyyah/Xenophobia against Muslim Non-Arabs during World-War I.

The Reason how/why Mark Hanson hasn’t said anything against the Actions of the Israeli-Government is because they’d be Religio-Politically Hypocritical to do so. Mark Hanson is known to be a Proponent/Supporter of UAE/United Arab Emirates (a Muslim-Country with Normalized/Diplomatic-Relations with Israel by the way). UAE has (amongst Other-Nations like the U.S.) directly aided KSA/Saudi Arabia turning Yemen into the New-Palestine.
This Political-Game known to Muslims as “Obey the Muslim-Ruler” ironically stems from an actual Islāmic-Concept. But, That-Concept has been grossly misinterpreted. The Concept is known as “al-Walā’ wal-Barā’/Loyalty&Disloyalty”. Originally, This-Term is exclusively referring to being loyal to the Obedience-Of-Allah & disloyal to the Disobedience-Of- Allah. Since World-War I till the Present-Day, there’s Certain-Muslims whom interpret it as being a Religio-Political Dick-Rider. Moreover, it’s obvious that even the Misinterpretation of al-Walā wal-Barā’ is only used when it’s convenient for Saudi&Co. But, if/whenever their Geo-Political Big-Homies (Non-Muslim/Western Powers) compel/call-upon them to assist invading, occupyIng, destroying any Fellow-Muslim Country…they’re all for it & History has blatantly proven as such.

I’ve noticed that there’s Muslims whom’re Muslim-Born (whose Parents, Grandparents, Great-Grandparents, etc. were Muslim-Reverts) whom audaciously/arrogantly treat their own Muslim Generational-Peers/Counterparts just as Shitty as how Muslim-Borns treated their Muslim-Revert Ancestors. There’s Certain-Muslims, when it comes to the Realities of al-`Asabiyyah, they always want to cite/quote a Popular-Idiom: “There’s no Racism in Islām.”. But, in spite of the Fact that this is a Truthful/Honest-Statement: 9/10 when Muslims say “There’s no Racism in Islām.” what they mean by that is “Muslims aren’t Xenophobes.” & that’s 💯%-True/Dishonest. Like…where are all these “Persons-Of-Knowledge”, “`Ulamā’/Scholars”, “Tullāb/Students”, “Du`āt/Promoters”, where’s SPUBS/SalafiPublications, etc. calling against the Whims of the Saudi-Government inacting Practices which by default oppose al-`Aqīdat-al-Islāmiyyah/Islāmic-Theology?!!!
In the Spirit of “70-Excuses” (an Islāmic-Clause towards those whom may be Ignorant about something or in the Interest of covering the Faults of Others): I’m going to simply take the Liberty of actually relating the Tārikh/History of Halloween, just in case there’s Muslims whom actually celebrate it don’t know about its Origins…I’ll address Shirkmas later.
Halloween:
Originally a Celtic-Holiday (from the Ancient-Religion of Druidism). This celebration commemorated the arrival of Autumn&Winter and/or transition from Autumn2Winter-Its Name originally known as Samhain, which used to begin on the Night of October 31st. According to the Druids: the “Spirits” of those whom died the Previous-Year were roaming the Earth on This-Day. In order to appease these “Lost-Souls” the Druids would make Sacrificial-Offerings: things like food, gifts, etc. were thought to please the Dead. Even Humans&Animals were sacrificed on This-Day, as to “protect” the Living from the Harm of the Dead. Clearly, we as Muslims know that it’s literally from the Waswās/Deception of ash-Shaytān/Satan, to attempt convincing us that the Dead can either harm or benefit the Living. Large-Bonfires were also part of the General-Festivities.
By the End of the 1st-Century, C.E. the Roman-Empire swept across Europe, even to the British-Isles, the Home of the Druid-Celts. As a Result, the Romans began to emulate Religious-Rituals/Festivals of its Conquered-Peoples. When Christianity became the Dominant-Religion in Europe, the Catholic-Church would often “Christianize” Pagan-Holidays, in order to satisfy their Newly-Converted/Formerly-Pagan Constituents…Samhain was literally no different. In 835 C.E., Pope Gregory IV changed the Name of Samhain to “All-Saint’s Day”. It was later changed to “All-Souls Day”, in 998 C.E., and would later be change to Allhallows-Day or “Hallowmas”, and finally to “Halloween”. The night before Halloween was named “Hallows-Eve”. Now that you’ve the Tārikh of Halloween, let’s get back to the Meat of the Subject. How/why is something as Demonic/Satanic, Shirk/Association-Based, Paganistic, etc. ever tolerated via the Land of the Ka`bah, or as Salafīs like to pontificate/claim “Land of Tawhīd/Islāmic-Monotheism”?!!! Where da Fuck is da Tawhīd Fellas?!!! #IllWait Because what I see is Shirk-Shirk rite about now. The Irony is that via Saudi Arabia you can get arrested, executed, etc. for Things less serious than celebrating the Evil-Legacy of ash-Shaytān. Make that Goofy-Shit Make Sense.
(The Irony though) Mawlid (Celebration of the Birth-Of-Muhammad [Peace be upon them]) is banned via Saudi Arabia, but Christmas (Celebration of the Birth of Jesus-Christ [Peace be upon them]) is recognized, when Christmas & Mawlid are literally the Same-Type/Kind of Holiday. How is it that the KSA/Saudi-Government make Concessions for a Holiday which opposes Islāmic-Theology, but condemns a Holiday which is directly patterned after the Previous-Holiday which has been co-signed?!!! There’s many Detailed-Challenges which Muslim Afro-Peoples continue to face. Yet, sadly, it’s still very much ignored. It’s not given the Seriousness which it greatly deserves. I’ll be giving some much-needed Amthāl/Examples of precisely what I mean:

1. The “Bilāl-Myth”: the Fact that Most-Muslims still won’t admit that Bilāl ibn-Rabāh (May Allah be pleased with them) was Arab really tells everything we need to know.
4. The Clown whom claimed that Afro-Americans are the Byproducts of az-Zinā/THOTery via 1-Nite Stands. Keep in Mind: This-Person made Those-Statements upon the Minbar/Platform during a Jumu`ah-Khutbah/Friday-Sermon. 2. Elijah Poole, from 1934-1975, personally led the NOI/Nation Of Islam which directly/overtly taught propagated the Theological-Mythos that Walī Farād is “Allah incarnate”. (The Final Call “What Muslims Believe: Point#12)
3. Even if Elijah Poole actually stated “There’s no God, except Allah.”: so what?!!! (Realistically) there’s 0-Way to prove that they didn’t mean Walī Farād, assuming they even uttered That-Statement.
4. (Ironically) even the Pagan-Arabs pontificated/claimed that they “believed” in Allah as well. But, guess what?!!! They still committed ash-Shirk/Association. Jews&Christians pontificate/claim to “believe” in Allah & yet they still commit ash-Shirk.
I mean…the NOI has always taught the Pseudo-Narrative that Allah is a “1/2-Euro Created-Thing/Being”, called Walī Farād (Founder/False-God of the NOI). How/why are People actually surprised, that the NOI partnered with White-Supremacists Factions?!!! There’ve been Non-Muslims who’ve pretended to be Muslims & who used Arabic-Names to pretend being Muslims. The NOI (Nation Of Islam) have never been Muslims & they get Direct-Clearance, via the KSA/Saudi-Government to go to Makkah. These are the Economy-Edition of New Hajj-Deals spearheaded via the KSA/Saudi-Government. And, now Muslims from the United States, Europe, Australia must now apply for Hajj-Visas/Packages directly with the Saudi Hajj-Ministry Dept.
As per the Latest-Edition of these New Hajj-Rules
On the Surface, These-Changes seem like a Great-Idea…especially for those whom can’t afford the once Astronomical-Pricing of Hajj-Packages offered by Hajj-Groups. Those Hajj-Groups have given a Worldwide-Impression that they’re exclusively in the Business of al-Hajj/Pilgrimage (one of the 5-Pillars of al-Islām) to flip Monetary-Profits. And, the Fact is that these Hajj-Groups do rake in Lots of Dough. So, naturally, the Breaking-News of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seemingly freezing/capping the Expenses of al-Hajj, via essentially nationalizing Hajj-Packages to accommodate Muslims from Certain-Regions of the Muslim-World (North-America, Europe, Australia, etc.): this appears to be a Good-Look. However, understanding Religio-Politics as I do…I must obligate myself to look deeper into how/why KSA/Saudi Arabia is seemingly so benevolent.
The BJP is the most relevant & volitile Islāmophobic Political-Entity via India. Yet, ironically, the most relevant & powerful Muslim-Country shamelessly does Business with them. As Voltaire once stated: “Everyone’s of the Same-Religion, when it comes to Wealth.”.
KSA/Saudi Arabia wants Greater-Control over who comes to Hajj, so they can:
a. Get more Hajj-Revenue & further tighten their Monopoly-Grip on the Hajj-Industry.
b. Marginalize the Hajj-Business Middlemen via Hajj-Group Companies.
c. Make it easier to track People, so they can’t try to sneak into KSA undetected, to seek Religio-Political Assylum there. Or, to completely prevent Certain-Muslims from ever making/remaking al-Hajj.
This-Issue of Muslim-Men either having Bastard-Children external of Muslim-Countries or simply marrying Women (Muslim-Women or Non-Muslim Women) external of Muslim-Countries just to “save Face” & then abandoning their Wives once they have their Children: it’s a Disgusting Religio-Trend, which actually emboldens Muslim-Men to behave like Sex-Crazed Beasts & manipulate/use Women to be nothing more to them than Cum-Dumpsters.
All of this is literally the Result of the Religio-Allowance of al-Misyār/Travel-Marriage: the Salafī-Version of al-Mut`ah/Temporary-Marriage. As a Consequence of this Open-Secret, Certain-`Ulamā’ (Muslim Religio Academics/Scholars) began to “allow” Misyār simply because they wanted to whitewash the Damage which these Muslims have caused all over the Planet.
All of these Muslims, from Muslim-Countries, whom adopt & co-sign this Goofy-Shit are simply tolerating People to live their Best-Lies. The Basic-Premise of al-Misyār via Practicality is almost identical to al-Mut`ah…to simply sexually enjoy a Woman via Islāmic-Marriage, voided of any Real-Responsibilities as a Muslim-Husband. The only Major-Difference is that al-Misyār actually requires the Same-Conditions as an actual Islāmic-Marriage: a Walī/Islāmic-Guardian for the Woman (regardless of whether they’re a Muslim-Woman or Non-Muslim Woman), a Mahr/Bridal-Gift, Witnesses. (al-Bukhārī, Muslim, at-Tirmidhī, Abū-Dāwud, an-Nasā’ī, ibn-Mājah, al-Bayhaqī)
Misyār also tolerates/accepts that a Woman relinquishes their Marital-Rights of Maintenance, which ironically completely opposes the Principle-Essence of what an Islāmic-Marriage ought to be, as Allah states: “Men are Responsible for Women.”.
(Noble-Qur’ān: Chpt.4, V.34) And, of course, since the Average Non-Muslim Woman never knows enough about al-Islām to know what the Marital-Rights of a Wife is anyway: it simply makes it that much easier for Muslim-Men to sexually manipulate/use Non-Muslim Women. The Obvious-Results are what we now know as the Subject of This-Article.
Sadly, now Misyār in practice has began to become very popular within Many-Regions of the Muslim-World, including the United States particularly/especially. Even worse yet, most of these Women (whether they’re Muslims or Non-Muslims) simply aren’t even getting married: they’re simply being used as Convenient Temporary Human Sex-Toys. And, worse than that: if/when they get pregnant, these Muslim-Men use their Islāmically-Prohibited Exploits as an `Udhr/Excuse to abandon their own Biological-Children, because the Children they spawned are Bastard-Children as a Result of them being conceived external of Wedlock. And, they’ll literally attempt to commit at-Tahrīf (Religio-Textual Distortion) to attempt to justify their Disgusting-Behavior.
These are some of the Revelatory-Texts they’ll attempt to manipulate, to void them of any Paternal-Responsibility to their Bio-Children in which Muhammad (Peace be upon them) stated:
a. “The Child is attributed to the Owner of the Bed (Meaning the Husband of the Mother whom became pregnant)…” (Al-Bukhārī&Muslim)
b. “The Child is attributed to the Bed as a Child-of-Zinā/THOTery & neither inherits from the Father nor the Father inherits from the Child.” (at-Tirmidhī)
However, there’s Valid-Ikhtilāf (Religio-Academic/Scholastic Differing) regarding This-Issue:
All of Those-Saudis who’ve done this will most definitely be held accountable in the Eyes/Sight of Allah. They literally don’t even care, whether or not their Children have al-Islām, are provided for, are nurtured, etc. As I always tell People: Apathy is worse than Ignorance. To not even be interested in one’s own Children is one of the Greatest-Examples of al-Munkar/Evil. This is precisely how/why Allah states: “The Arabs are closest to Disbelief&Hypocrisy.”. (Noble-Qur’ān: Chpt.9, V.97)
