Some of the many Ironies which are American-Intervention:

Standard

Barack Obama

“Irony” in one of its purest manifestations:

The United States (Obama the House-Nigga) wants to police Syria & stop Bashar al-Assad from using “chemical-weapons”, against his own people. However, one has to really ponder over the following: 1.Why is it that with all of the killings being done in Syria, with merely the usage of conventional-weaponry, the “International-Community” (aka U.S. & Co.) stayed on the sidelines, until the buzz-word Chemical-Weapons surfaced in the media; is it safe to assume that the U.S. would’ve let Bashar al-Assad continue to kill his own people, as long as he only used conventional-weapons?!!! 2. Which nation, in today’s world was there to police & stop the U.S., when they stood idly by, allowing White-People to use trees to lynch hundreds of thousands of their own countrymen, out of racial-hatred, from the 1870’s to the 1970’s, or when they stood idly by, as city/state authorities water-hosed (nearly to death), beat, arrested, and killed thousands of their own citizenry, during the 1950’s & 1960’s because these people were fighting for basic-rights due to any/every Human being, or when they used chemical-weaponry (Napalm in particular), against thousands of innocents during the Vietnam-War, bombing the life out of Vietnam, Cambodia, etc., classifying it as merely “collateral-damage”?!!!

If the U.S. says it’s not a Coup, then I guess it’s not a Coup, huh?!!!

The United States‬ is still not declaring the Coup in Egypt‬ a Coup‬

…Oh, I wonder why?

1. Could it be because of all of the influence that the United States wants to maintain in ‪‎Egypt‬, by supporting the military-fashioned dictators, whom all do the bidding of the United States?

2. Or, maybe it’s because of all the billions of dollars worth of U.S. Foreign-Aid sent to Egypt, on an annual-basis, which compels Egypt to do the bidding of the United States?

3. Then, again, it could be because of all of the allowances of Egypt for the United States to have the infamous CIA Torture-Camps, within Egypt, that have been used by the United States, since the 1950’s?

Yeah…really interesting stuff, right?!!!

To put it very simply:

The United States is truly an amazingly-hypocritical nation…

…America is, literally the only nation, in Human-History, that has official laws about” not negotiating with Terrorists-Groups/Organizations” and “not supporting Military-Coups, when they’ve actually, constantly/consistently, done those same exact 2-things within the past 4-decades alone, while no one within the U.S. gov’t. has yet to acknowledge this: Nicaragua (via the infamous Iran-Contra Affair, which brings us to the “not negotiating with Terrorists” thing, which I’ve written extensively about, in a previous blog-post: http://www.garethbryant.wordpress.com/2011/10/10/ifanwaralawlakiwereolivernorthhedstillbealivechillin), Panama, Grenada, and these are just some of many examples…Ahhh, America…Land of the Corrupt & home of the Hypocrites.

Oppression: What the World needs to be constantly reminded of:

Standard

In light of what has recently been happening in Palestine, let’s look at some historical examples of the same type of oppression, that’s just as vile as what we’ve witnessed in the Levant during our very own lifetimes:

1. The Crusades, the Christian invasions of the Muslim-World, during the Middle-Ages (1095-1456 C.E.)

2. The Spanish & Portuguese-Inquisitions (1478-1821 C.E.)

3. Chattel-Enslavement of Africans & Native-Americans, in the Western-Hemisphere (circa. 1500-1900 C.E.)4. The Indian-Removal & Indian-War tactics & policies of the United States, against the Native-Americans of the continental U.S. (circa. 1781-1901 C.E.)5. The Pogroms of Russia (circa. 1881-1919)

6. The Holocaust of Nazi Germany & Fascist Italy, in Europe, as well as North Africa (circa. 1938-1944 C.E.)

7. The occupation of Palestine & the decimation of the Palestinian people (circa. 1947-present).

Now, is it just me, or are these few examples manifestations of some very pathological behavioral-patterns, that have been a recurring theme within our Human-existence; also, isn’t it most ironic that these same atrocities, that have been imposed upon the Jewish people (#’s 5 & 6) are now, at the hands of a Jewish-State government, imposing very similar acts of terror, strife, rape, murder, destruction, robbery, and torture upon the Palestinian people (#7)?

My thoughts on the Sikh Temple shooting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin:

Standard

When people think about Wisconsin, they usually think about cheese, not murder, especially when these murders are xenophobically motivated. This Summer will be known for a lot of things, and unfortunately, murders will be at the top of the list, of our 2012. First, it was the gruesome murder of Trayvon Martin, then, the recent, well-known, Batman movie tragedy, and, now, it’s a copy-cat kind of massacre, that has swept across the American heartland, in Milwaukee, WI. And, personally, I feel & fear that this is going to continue for some time-These copy-cat murders are definitely on the way, and our Federal government needs to do something substantial, in order to properly protect its citizenry.

It’s just really sad how much people don’t value the Human worth of others, soley because they ascribe to a different religion, or come from a different place. I’ve often questioned myself, as to how violent our world is now, and am deathly afraid of raising children in this modern age. I don’t want my children to be victimized by violence, just because they’re Muslims, or just because they’re Afro-American, or just because-I want not my children to be subjected to live in fear of being killed or arrested, because they don’t fit the prototype of a white cast member of 90210 or Gossip Girl. They should be able to enjoy the right to live just like any other Human being. But, unfortunately, there are people, still, within the borders of our United States, a nation of migrants immigrants & more accurately, foreigners, who still have the nerve to view others as undesirable foreigners, who stand as a threat to the American way of life. These string of tragedies have proven one thing to me: We, the people of the United States are not united in any way at all. We all love to proclaim this esoteric, and utopian facade of freedom, justice & equality in America. But, where was the freedom to live & be left alone for people like Trayvon Martin, or the victims of the Batman movie massacre, in Aurora, CO, or the victims of the Sikh temple massacre, in Milwaukee,WI?

The major problem is that racial/religious-profiling has not been dealt with as seriously as it should be. There definitely has to be greater resources expended by local, state & Federal governments, to ensure that people living within the borders of the United States are safe. And, just making gun-laws more restrictive is not going to solve the problem, for several reasons: One, illegal guns have always been smuggled in the United States, for decades, and the United States, at different times in her history (like in the case of the Iran-Contra Affair), has actually benefited from gun-smuggling. Two, the right to bare arms is part of the U.S. & state constitutions, and for you to infringe on those rights, you would be infringing on certain freedoms that are part of the legal fabric of our nation.

However, still, there has to be ways in which people, whom are criminals (felons, etc.) never have access to arms. But, they do. As in the case of the murderer of Trayvon Martin: George Zimmerman had been charged with two separate felonies: “resisting officer with violence” & “battery of law enforcement officer”. Although when these two charges were dropped, someone should’ve red-flagged this guy, when he went to purchase some guns. And, unfortunately, he was not, and because of this lack of proper background checking, a young Trayvon Martin is now dead.

Likewise with the murderers of the Batman movie massacre & more recently, the Wisconsin massacre, Wade Michael Page & James Eagan Holmes, respectively-How did these guys get their guns?!!! The failure of gun-control is not the result of lack of laws regulating it, it’s a problem in which race, class, and regional residence play a significant part in who gets guns & who doesn’t. For example, if you’re a white man, living in Arizona, the likeliness of you getting harassed about buying & owing a gun is a hell of a lot less, as opposed to being Afro-American or Latino, living in a major city, like New York, Chicago, L.A., etc., regardless of the fact that those living in a major city may very well have clean records. But, because of their ethnicities, and where they live, they’re automatically red-flagged, when it comes to arms possession, which is not right, not, fair & not democratic, period.

My stance is that the main problem & solution to gun-violence, whether it’s in the slums of Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Miami, or LA., or in the posh, polished, suburbs of places like Beverly Hills, lies exclusively regular everyday people just like you & I. It is we, the people of this nation have the moral, ethical, and legal responsibility, to not just change things, but, to improve things & not just for ourselves, rather, for our communities & our country.

My thoughts on Myanmar (formerly known as Burma)

Standard

Author’s note:
The following poem is about the recent string of violent religious & ethnic-cleansing episodes, in Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), which have barely been reported, on any major news circuits, to the extent that it needs to be.

Myanmar has lost its way:

My homeland, once peaceful, has become a breeding-ground for religious fighting.
Yesterday, it was in Bosnia & today, it’s here-the battleground of ethnic-cleansing.
All around the world, people know of the plight of my country; yet, no one has intervened.
News reports are scarce, as to what’s really goin’ on, and, it’s more tragic than perceived.
Murder is the malice of the day; there’s so much bloodshed that it hurts.
Angry mobs, of people, from all sides, rioting, makes things a lot worse.
Rampant, countless, raping of women, this shameful act, is commonplace.

Hatred has fueled this conflict; for those suffering, this isn’t fair.
Apathy is what people have decided to use, to no longer care.
Sorrow, and despair, has overcast this land, like clouds of air.

Love, as well as respect, is just gone, it has no place here.
Oppression took over, while justice lives in a state of fear.
Systematic terror, used to keep people down has not been thwarted.
The need to deliver the people out of darkness isn’t so much desired.

It’s truly a shame, how a place with such beauty is leaving a legacy that’s so ugly.
The time to act is now, to rescue those tied-down, by tyranny, swiftly & urgently.
Sadness deepens in my heart, those who can change the world, do so only rarely.

Why is it so much easier to support wrong & so much more difficult to stand and do right?
Anyone can bully; but, it takes a special person to relieve the downtrodden, of their plight.
You & I must learn, from the tragedies of others-never must we use hate to enforce might.

My thoughts on Women & Women’s History Month (Part I):

Standard

Author’s note:
Since the month March is Women’s History Month, I will be writing several things about women, at random times during this month. In this particular post, I plan to highlight some things about the unjust treatment of women all around the world, particularly & especially in the Muslim-World, more specifically in the Arab-World. I find it very relevant & important that we are made aware of the realities of the general mistreatment of women everywhere. The subject matter in which my discussion will be based upon highlights only one of many types of problems which women globally face.

Human-Trafficking & the hypocrisy of Politics which fuels it:
Human-Trafficking is a Human disease of the heart. It’s a disgusting industry, which ruins the lives of millions of Human beings each and every day, particularly the lives of women & young girls. It is my hope that this post will shed some knowledge and/or awareness of the reality of the ugliness of Human-Trafficking, whose involved & who profits from it.

What is Human-Trafficking?
Human-Trafficking-
The illegal trade, transportation of Human beings, for the exclusive purposes of reproductive slavery and/or commercial sexual exploitation (i.e. prostitution), forced labor, or a modern-day form of slavery.

The Evils of Human-Trafficking:
I won’t go through the ridiculously long lists of stats, which recall how sinister this trade is. It’s very obvious how inhumane & disgusting Human-Trafficking is. However, what I do plan to do is expose the incredible levels of hypocrisy, which are displayed, when countries like the United States condemns nations who indulge in Human-Trafficking, yet the ironic fact is that in countries which are red-flagged as being the lowest-tier Human-Trafficking countries (meaning the the nations with the highest reported cases of Human-Trafficking), are outright allies of the United States & vice-versa.

These countries which I plan to highlight for this discussion are the following:
Bahrain-
Bahrain is a country where both men & women from places like India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Ethiopia, and Eritrea, migrate voluntarily to work as domestic workers or as unskilled laborers in the construction and service industries. But, unfortunately, they are often duped & coerced into forced labor & more specifically, forced prostitution. Some of the classic abuses that people who migrate to Bahrain, in search of greater economic opportunities for themselves & their families are the following: unlawful withholding of passports, restrictions on traveling through the country, under-handed contract substitution, non-payment of wages, threats, and even physical or sexual abuse.

According to a study, by the Bahraini government’s Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), 65% of average migrant workers in Bahrain had not seen their employment contracts, and 89% of migrant workers were unaware of their terms of employment upon arrival in Bahrain. Many labor recruitment agencies in Bahrain require workers to pay high recruitment fees, a practice which makes workers highly vulnerable to forced labor once in the country. This same LMRA study also revealed that 70% of migrant workers either borrowed money or sold property, in their countries of origin, in order to secure employment in Bahrain.

Some Bahraini employers illegally charge workers non-contractual fees in order to keep them in Bahrain, working for third-party employers, under the “free-visa” arrangement facade. The LMRA estimates that 10% of migrant workers in Bahrain work under illegal “free-visa” arrangements, a practice that can contribute to debt-bondage. The Bahraini Chamber of Commerce and Industry puts this statistic at 25%. Women whom are most likely forced into prostitution in Bahrain are from Thailand, the Philippines, Morocco, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, China, Vietnam and Eastern European states.

Israel-
In Israel, men and women are trafficked & often used for forced labor and commercial prostitution. Low-skilled workers from China, Romania, Turkey, Thailand, the Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India flock to Israel for contract labor in the construction, agriculture, and health care industries. Israeli migrant workers are often confronted terrible conditions of forced labor. Many labor recruitment agencies in Israel charge fees ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. This causes migrant workers in Israel to become highly vulnerable to trafficking once in the country, and in some cases, situations of debt-bondage are ever prevalent. Israel is also a destination country for women being trafficked from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Belarus, China, South Korea and possibly the Philippines, for the exclusive purposes of sexual exploitation. In addition, NGO’s note an increase in the internal trafficking of Israeli nationals, for commercial sexual exploitation, and report new instances of trafficking of Israeli women abroad to Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Kuwait-
Men and women readily migrate to Kuwait, from countries like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, and the Philippines, looking for employment as domestic servants or low-skilled laborers. Upon arrival, however, some are often subjected to conditions of forced labor, especially women, who are most often, once caught up in the web of Human-Trafficking,  forced into commercial sexual exploitation. For example, some female domestic workers are forced into prostitution after running away from abusive employers, or after being deceived with promises of employment in different sectors. Kuwait is also a transit country for South and East Asian workers recruited by Kuwaiti labor recruitment agencies for low-skilled work in Iraq. Oftentimes, these workers are deceived, as to the true location and nature of this work, while others willingly transit to Iraq through Kuwait, but endure conditions of involuntary servitude while in Iraq. Some Kuwaiti nationals have even reportedly traveled to foreign destinations, including Morocco, Egypt, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh to engage indulge commercial sexual exploitation.

Oman-
For men and women, primarily from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Indonesia, some of whom are subjected to being trafficked, specifically under conditions indicative of forced labor, Oman is a haven for Human-Trafficking. Most of these South and Southeast Asian migrants travel willingly to Oman, with the expectation of employment as either domestic servants, or as low-skilled workers in the country’s construction, agriculture, or service industries. Some of them face conditions indicative of working for long working hours without food or rest, threats, and physical or sexual abuse.

Recruitment agents, as well as labor brokers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, and Iran, very often deceive workers into accepting work, that in some instances constitutes forced labor. Many of these agencies produce falsified contracts for employment, either with fictitious employers or with fictitious wage rates, charging workers high recruitment fees (often exceeding $1,000), and urge workers to enter Oman with tourist-visas. Oman is also a destination and transit country for women from China, India, Morocco, Eastern Europe, and South Asia, who may be forced into commercial sexual exploitation, generally by nationals of their own countries. Male Pakistani laborers, and others from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and East Asia, transit Oman en route to the UAE, are often exploited in situations of forced labor upon reaching their countries of destination.

Qatar-
People from Nepal, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Sudan, Thailand, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and China travel to Qatar as laborers and domestic servants, but some face very inhumane conditions once in Qatar, among many other things, predominately involuntary servitude. These conditions include threats of serious physical or financial harm, withholding wages, charging workers unnecessarily for employment benefits, which the employer is fully responsible for by default, traveling restrictions, including the confiscation of passports and identification documents, illegal detention, threats of deportation, as well as physical, mental, and sexual abuse. In some cases, arriving migrant workers have found that the terms of employment in Qatar are wholly different from those they had previously agreed to in their home countries. Individuals employed as domestic servants are particularly vulnerable to Human-Trafficking, since they are not covered under the provisions of the labor laws in Qatar. Small numbers of foreign workers transit Qatar and are forced to work on farms in Saudi Arabia. Qatar is also a destination for women who become caught up in prostitution-rings, but the extent to which these women are subjected to forced prostitution is unknown.

Saudi Arabia-
Regarding Human-Trafficking, Saudi Arabia is notoriously known to not fully comply with the minimum standards of anti-trafficking enforcement & are currently not any making significant efforts to do so. Saudi Arabia is a destination for both men & women, from South East Asia & East Africa, to be trafficked for the purpose of labor exploitation. Also, children, from countries like Yemen & Afghanistan, have very often been trafficking victims, for forced begging. Hundreds of thousands of low-skilled workers from places like India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Kenya migrate travel to Saudi Arabia, some fall into conditions of involuntary servitude, suffering from physical and sexual abuse, non-payment or delayed payment of wages, withholding of identification & traveling documents, restrictions on their freedom to travel within Saudi itself and non-consensual contract alterations. According to international organizations, such as the Ansar Burney Trust, young children from Bangladesh and India are also smuggled into Saudi Arabia, to be used as camel-jockeys. These children are underfed, to reduce their weights, in order to lighten the load on the camels used for racing. Saudi Arabia has been classified as having a Human-Trafficking Tier-3 status, since 2005.

United Arab Emirates-
Women from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, and the Philippines travel  to the U.A.E. to work as domestic servants, but some subsequently face conditions of involuntary servitude such as excessive work hours without pay, unlawful withholding of passports, restrictions on traveling, non-payment of wages, and physical or sexual abuse. Oftentimes, they are not even given legitimate employment, but rather, they’re smuggled into the sex trade in the U.A.E.
Similarly, men from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan are drawn to the U.A.E. to work in the construction industry, but are often subjected to similar conditions of coercive labor, as we as debt-bondage, as they work to pay off recruitment costs, often exceeding the equivalent of a 2-year salary. Women from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, Uganda, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, the Philippines, Iraq, Iran, and Morocco are reportedly trafficked to the U.A.E. for commercial prostitution.

Non-Emirate women are reportedly recruited to work as secretaries or hotel workers by third-party recruiters, perhaps even in their countries of origin. But, they were often coerced into prostitution or involuntary domestic servitude. The U.A.E. may also serve as a transit country for women trafficked into forced labor in Oman, and men deceived into working involuntarily in Iraq. And, much like the neighboring Tier-3, oil-rich Arab states, which border the U.A.E., the Emirate government does not fully comply with the minimum standards for the elimination of Human-Trafficking.

What all of these countries have in common-
What these countries have in common is their collective importance to U.S. interests in the Middle-East. each of these countries provide enormous resources, like petroleum, as well as influence & insight into the Muslim-World, the Arab-World, and the region known as the Middle-East generally, which is essential for America to maintain dominance in this part of the world. These particular countries are highly valued by the U.S. America has deeply vested interests in the economic sustainability as well as the geo-political survival of these nations, against any of their would-be rivals in the region. Likewise, these nations have also managed to acquire a substantial influential foot-hole into the economic fabric of the U.S., to such an extent that many of these countries have so much money invested into our economy, that if they were to remove their assets, America’s entire economy would collapse. And, because of this need for the U.S. to keep these countries invested in the American economy & to ensure the safety & security of these regimes to stay in power, they’re willing to turn blind-eyes when it comes to things like Human-Trafficking.

Honestly, if the U.S. really wanted to do something really substantial to these countries, for their lack of diligence in dealing with the issue of Human-Trafficking, they would put them on blast at U.N. meetings, commence economic-sanctions against these countries, decrease the amounts of foreign-aid given to these countries, decrease their consumption of foreign goods from these countries, thereby making the economies of these Human-Trafficking havens stronger via U.S.-patronage, etc. But, which should not be surprising, none of what I’ve mentioned is happening, and it won’t happen, so long as the symbiotic relationship between money & power exist in our world.

The U.S. thrives particularly upon maintaining its dominance & influence in the Middle-East, via supporting the following countries mentioned whom clearly, blatantly violate the sanctity of basic Human-Rights, on a daily basis; yet, they are left alone, to do as they please.

My thoughts on Aafia Siddiqui & Joseph (Peace be upon him): Two different people of two different times, yet tested by Allah with the same trial:

Standard

Author’s note:
The stories of both Joseph (Peace be upon him) & Aafia Siddiqui are very similar in nature, in spite of the fact that they lived in different time-periods. Their tests were sent by Allah to them to test their faith to see how they would react to the onslaught of opposition.
Joseph-
The son of a Prophet Jacob (Peace be upon him), as well as being a Prophet himself, Joseph (Peace be upon him), was deceived by his own brothers, sold into slavery, sent away from his homeland to be in bondage in a foreign land where he had no family, no friends, no knowledge of the native language, and no idea what would happen to him. But, of course, as Allah would have it, he was taken into the home of an Ancient-Egyptian official, presumably during the Hyksos-period of Ancient-Egyptian history, where he was initially treated relatively well, considering the fact that he was now another man’s property. But, then, once in his late-teens or maybe early twenties, he gets accused of raping the wife of his master, based upon falsified charges fro the actual wife of his master. She was in-love (more accurately in-lust) with Joseph, but, obviously as a Muslim & Prophet he refuses her sexual-invitations. This infuriates her to the point of claiming that he tried to rape her. When the official hears of this, naturally as a result of his ego being bruised, because his wife wants a younger guy, who’s actually his slave, initially wants to have him executed. But, out of her affection for Joseph, she manages to convinces him to not execute Joseph, but instead imprison him. So, that’s what happens, he’s locked up, for a crime that he didn’t commit, and never would’ve committed, yet he suffers as a result of a blatant lie, which brings us now to our sister, Aafia Siddiqui.Aafia Siddiqui-
Unlike her counterpart in this simile, Joseph, her story however is just as relevant regarding the general point of discussion. Her, much like Joseph was accused of trumped-up charges that were in no way credibly linked to her. Yet, she has been made to suffer, as the result of a witch-hunt to further spread a sadistic global agenda known as the “War-on-Terror”. To give you some background on Aafia, she is a Neuroscience, Ph.D. recipient, was until she left the U.S. in 2002, an active Muslim-Community member who had done good work with a non-profit that she founded, promoting Islam, a reputation for being a devout Muslim & all-around. All of a sudden, from 2003-2008, she has been subjected to a life on the lamb, witnessed the unjust killing of one of her own children, being betrayed by her own fellow Muslims & countrymen, handed over to Pakistani, Afghan & U.S. personnel, for charges that have been proven in a court of law that she had little or nothing to do with. Yet, she was still ruined as a result of a lie, that’s costing her the rest of her life in prison, being accused of having ties to Al-Qaeda & attacking U.S. military-personnel with an assault-rifle, while officially in custody. The reports on he alleged connections and/or involvement in any form of terrorism has been proven to be ridiculously sketchy, from the both U.S & Pakistani sources. Even during her court-proceedings, there were forensics, ballistics, and crime-scene experts, who stood up on the witness-stand, and expressed their doubt of the validity of Aafia even firing a weapon at anyone, let alone any seasoned military-personnel. Moreover, her fingerprints were not even present on any weapons, yet, the accusation, along with jurors, whom have already had in their minds, based upon severe pathological exposure to Islamophobic propaganda, that this woman, who is a Muslim is already guilty. Now, what can we learn, if anything from these two individuals?
One, we can learn that having belief in Allah and the Last-Day will not be easy. There is opposition everywhere, especially in this post-9/11 world that we live in, which spares no expense to accuse any Muslim of heinous crimes, based upon non-credible evidence, that even a blind person would be able to dessern is falsehood.

Two, we see that even in the face of adversity, these two displayed mass amounts of integrity, as well as resolve. These qualities are truly gifts from Allah, that are not to be taken lightly. They both have remained steadfast during their respective trials & have dealt with the realities of their circumstances, without being ungrateful to Allah, for placing them in such predicaments.

These are very valuable life-lessons for all of us to benefit from.

The Deceptive-Provisions & Implications of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act:

Standard

Sadly, the National Defense Authorization Act, along with its many overtly deceptive provisions & implications, is just another shrewd wayward way of making the United States an even more totalitarian state, no different than the likes of the Roman Empire, the Soviet Union, or Nazi-Germany. The very nature of this document, allowing martial-law to essentially come & go as it pleases, to interfere with the regular designated rule of law reserved for by law-making bodies of this nation, like State Assemblies & the U.S. Congress, thereby denying persons whom are deemed criminal, with proper legal representation, outlandish & unconstitutional/illegal detainment for crimes based upon baseless evidences, and denial of due-process/trial-by-jury, as a result of being red-flagged as a “threat to National-Security”.

Ever since the McCarthy-Era in the United States, ruthless tactics have been used, to thwart any form of legitimate opposition to governmental corruption in this land & those whom have been at the forefronts of true justice have been labelled as “Communists”, “Extremists”, “Fundamentalists”, “Fanatics”, “Terrorists”, etc. Meanwhile, the U.S. has committed some of the greatest domestic & global atrocities against the citizens of the world, from state-sponsored-racism, from the inception of this nation to the present, the bombing, of the two civilian cities of Hiroshima & Nagasaki (and by the way, the U.S. is still the only nation to-date, that has ever used nuclear weapons in a military conflict), the violations of the Geneva-Convention in during the Vietnam-War, using Agent-Orange & Napalm, not only against the North Vietnamese, but also against the nation of Cambodia.

Let’s not also forget this bullshit “War-on-Drugs” & “War-on-Terror”, which the U.S. actually benefits from if/when they’re perpetuated & the best example of this fact is a previous article that I’ve written, named “If Anwar Al-Awlaki were Oliver North, he’d still be alive & chillin’!!!”:
http://www.garethbryant.wordpress.com/2011/10/10/ifanwaralawlakiwereolivernorthhedstillbealivechillin/

It has been made very obvious for any one who has dared to pay attention to the last decade, that this United States is on a dangerous path of destruction & if something serious & meaningful is done to prevent these corrupt politicians & financiers of governments, who are clearly bankrolling sadistic Anti-Christ/Freemasonic like agendas, which are not in the best interest of Americans or any others who fall under the global 90%, they have the nerve to crack-down on undesirables & place people in military prison-camps. These are just some of the unfortunately countless examples of how merciless the U.S. has & can be, not only against its fellow citizens but also against the rest of the world.
I’ll end with the words of U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, whom when interviewed by Michael Moore, in the documentary, “Capitalism: A Love Story”, had this to say about his own country, the United States of America, in light of the sinisterly orchestrated financial-collapse, which gave even more practical power to Wall St. & further achieved to strip the U.S. Congress of it’s constitutionally endowed powers , “This whole fiasco, shows you that there are some forces…that are in control…big-time!!!”
